This year World Food has become USDA certified, which allows them to include meat products prepared under the strictest standards of quality, and safety. Chef James Katurakes, Executive Chef at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and a long time World Food client, explains that the role of an Executive Chef has changed significantly during the last years. "We need to respond quickly  and effectively to our guests, to provide quality without additional cost and resources" says Chef K.
